Thank you for shopping with us. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

 

Returns

You have 7 calendar days to request a return when you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The item is unused and in the same condition as when you received it
  • The item is in its original packaging
  • The original receipt or proof of purchase is provided

For defective or incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photo evidence.

Unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Refunds will be processed once we receive the returned item. Please ensure you use a trackable shipping service and properly package the item. It is the customer's responsibility to return the item safely and completely to our warehouse. If the return is lost or damaged during transit, we will be unable to process a refund.

 

⚠️ Please note:  Items returned without prior authorisation may not be accepted.

 

Non-returnable items

 

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customised or personalised items
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Items marked as "non-returnable" on the product page

 

Return Process

To initiate a return, please get in touch with us at [contact@elsewherehome.co.uk] within 14 days of receiving your item. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return address and further instructions.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

 

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14-20 business days.

 

⚠️ Please note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us.
