Items Included in the New Student Smooth Bundle:

1.  Bedding Set (choose one of two):
•    Cozy Bedding Set(100% Washed cotton).

•   TENCEL Bedding Set(67.9% Tencel , 32.1% Polyester).

 Each four-piece set contain: 
 1 duvet cover: 200 × 230 cm 
 1 flat sheet 245 × 250 cm 
 2 pillowcases 48 × 74 cm

The bedsheet is compatible with all standard UK bed sizes.

•    Cloud Duvet( cover: 100% cotton, filler:20% duck down,80% high-end velvet, 12Tog)

3️⃣ The delivery address for the different Bundle
(If you purchase multiple packages with a discount, make sure to specify a separate address for each.)

4️⃣  The start date of your accommodation contract to ensure the parcel can be received by the reception on the last working day before your arrival.

We rely on the information you provide to arrange the delivery.If the parcel is rejected, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete details (e.g. wrong contract start date or address), we will not be responsible for any loss or delay.

Couriers in some regions of the UK do not deliver on weekends. If you are arriving at your accommodation on a weekend, you may not be able to receive your parcel on the same day. To avoid any inconvenience, please confirm your tenancy start date before placing your order, and ensure that your parcel can be successfully received on a working day (preferably the Friday before your arrival).

If no note is provided, we will arrange shipment on a random date. We are not responsible for any issues caused by refused delivery, missed delivery, or unattended packages as a result.
